We are happy to announce that we had settlement on the property on Friday, July 22, 2016. We still need to finish the fundraising campaign to pay off the loans that were needed to finish settlement.

This is a 78 acre property with a 9 bedroom house with 5 bathrooms, large kitchen, and a large meeting room. Also lots of woods, a small creek, 3 ponds, walking trails, etc. Also an additional 12 acres adjacent to this property that we have not had settlement on yet due to needing to write up a right of way to give us additional access to the 12 acres.

Total purchase agreement $510,000 (plus $4,500 in closing costs) for a total of $514,500.

We are seeking for those of you who have a heart to help those who are hurting and in need of a safe place to go for healing and restoration.

We have had this vision for a number of years and are excited to see it finally coming into reality.

We are looking for 2 different forms of financial support to finish the fundraising campaign for the loan pay off.

2. Pledges to donate throughout the next 12 months to pay back short term loans that are committed to this purchase.
